JOB PURPOSE:

The Learning Business Partner is responsible for ensuring that the Global and Local Learning solutions are planned and rolled out to meet local learning needs from Business.

SUPERVISED RESOURCES:

  • None

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Actively consults with Business Leaders, P&C, and other internal stakeholders to :
  • Cascade Global strategic learning objectives to China local population
  • Diagnose BU Learning needs and performance gaps, Identify the skills gaps related to Competencies
  • Develop the learning solutions in connection with Learning Institutes, GBU and GF Learning offerings
  • Upskilling/reskilling solutions development & delivery for commercial teams within major workforce change management initiatives
  • Drive Digital transformation mindset for field force learning.
  • Training Program Delivery , Evaluation and Follow-up
  • Be responsible for ensuring that the learning strategy(roadmap) are executed consistently and according to Sanofi requirements
  • Work with Learning Experience team, Provide training and evaluate effectiveness, improve training quality continuously
  • Work together with P&C, Lead Field Force Promotion process for Business
  • Observe and analyze Field Force Representatives performance in the field
  • Based on observation and analysis of field force’ s behaviors, provide feedback and coaching
  • In charge of Field Force Certification/Assessment Programs to meet the interal talent needs
  • Other ADHOC BO&S or CC projects
  • People & Operation Development
  • Monitor and evaluate processes used for development and implementation of learning solution for trainer competencies
  • Provide feedback and coaching to dedicated training managers, to maximize performance and individual development
  • Identify, recruit top training talent as needed
  • Continuously Learning and Development
  • Proactively seek learning opportunities on the job
  • Participate TTT course related to training
  • Proactively seek feedback from peers and other department colleagues to develop competencies
  • Drive towards organization training vision
  • Administration and reporting
  • Be responsible for BU learning data records, and enable BU for decision making
  • Supervision Field Force training logistics
  • Prepare monthly reports on training activities

JOB-HOLDER ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:

Education:

  • University Degree or above, majored in digital or life science subject are preferred

Experience & knowledge:

  • Minimum 5 years working experience in training, at least 3 years in new hire staff training
  • At least 2 years experience on Field Force Assessment
  • At least 1 year sales or MKT experience in pharmaceutical industry are preferred

  • Communication and change management skills required to drive digital transformation
  • Stakeholder Management skills
  • Needs to clearly know Global Learning Governance, eg. Sanofi U, offers by Learning institutes, different types of options – e-learning, virtual sessions, f2f, & other materials availableGood English reading and writing abilities
