Main responsibilities:
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1)In accordance with the central Commercial strategy and in line with area business objectives, develop an annual area project plan, take charge of the area project budget, coordinate resources, and carry out the project as planned.
2)Ensure the implementation of area business strategy and the effectiveness and implementation rate of activities, achieve the maximum utilization of resources, in order to achieve the overall objectives of the Area.
3)Develop CDC and Financial Bureau engagement toolkits for area (such as communication key message, slide kits, etc.) and develop specific promotional materials for each area.
4)Implement projects from Commercial, ensuring the successful execution of central projects in the region.
Focusing on business objectives and shaping the payment policy environment at the key provincial / municipal / district level /
1)In response to area business needs, build a governmental level communication platform with Finance Bureau , cultivate and engage relevant KDM, and optimize the area policy environment.
2)Analyze the progress of policy implementation in the region, maintain internal and external communication, establish communication system for Financial Bureau , and promote policy implementation.
3)Establish long-term relationship with Finance KOL and key speaker, build a solid and win-win relationship.
4) Explore new promotion and project models with innovative thinking models to establish a new normal communication platform with Financial Bureau.
Channel Management and Expansion:
Responsible for the provincial listing of pharmaceuticals, distributor layout, coordinating efficient cross-function collaboration, and supporting hospital listings.
