JOB PURPOSE:

  • Enhance Tmall/JD/Douyin platform consumer assets operation professional capability through data-driven insights and uncovering business opportunities
  • Explore Tmall/JD/Douyin more business opportunity on consumer angle and empower operation which are based on constantly JD/Douyin platform environment

JBP & media buy experience

Main responsibilities: 

  • Provide actionable insights from solid data analysis, make consumer analysis and segmentation to identify target audience strategy, mainly leveraging platform data tools including JD Shufang/Douyin Yuntu, etc
  • Co-work with EC team to deliver monthly EC trend analysis & review, championing the competitive landscape analysis by categories
  • Strengthen JD ISV professional deliveries and develop standard analytics framework and process to ensure actionable suggestions for JD E-commerce operations
  • Be the key contact person to manage the JD ISV/agency

About you  

  • More than 3 years of experience in working in E-commerce marketing/operation, ISV or related industries, with a proven track record on e-commerce data mining and analytical skills with tools like Tmall Databank/Tmall Strategy Centre/SYCM/JD Shufang/JD Shangzhi/Douyin Yuntu, etc.
  • Be sensitive to business understanding, problem definition and solution skills through expertise on data
  • Good written and oral communication skills
  • Able to work independently in ambiguity
