As Regional Commercial Manager within our Vaccines business, you’ll integrate resources and cooperation across departments to achieve goals.

Main responsibilities:

• Deliver sales target and achieve DSO target.
• Secure national and provincial bids.
• Build up effective business framework from demand to cash.
• Team management.
• Establish industry-leading customer service system.

About you

What you should have?

Education:

• A minimum 6-year progressive experience in related marketing and business management
• Proven experience with transnational companies, or in vaccine and business works preferred
• Bachelor’s degree or above in related specialties

Experience & knowledge:

• Basic English skills, computer-savvy
• A minimum 3-year team management experience

• Strong business judgment ability and strategic thinking
• Honest, demonstrated communication and negotiation skills, strong business opportunity judgment and customer service ability, proven self-learning and self-motivated ability, a strong team player, organizer, planner, leader and developer
