JOB PURPOSE:

To achieve business targets by working with and through the team, ensuring efficient and effective management of zone and to ensure the company’s image and reputation are upheld.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

1. Sales Management                                                                                                   

  • Based on the regional business target and marketing plan, developing sales plan of the district
  • Follow up of the business activities and business performance of the district
  • Making budget with the sales representatives, defining the territories.
  • Regular meeting of the district
  • ETMS reporting, planning and follow up
  • A&P, OP budget planning and controlling
  • Collecting reports from the reps
  • Visiting Key Customers

2. People management                                                                                             

  • Evaluation of the representatives
  • Coaching, training of the representatives
  • Motivation of the team

JOB-HOLDER ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:

Education:

College Degree or Above

Experience & knowledge:

  •   At least 3 years with pharmaceutical industry
  •   At least 1 years management experience
  •   Industry/product knowledge

Core competencies:

  •   Good business planning skills
  •   Good coaching skills
  •   Good interpersonal skills
