JOB PURPOSE:
Execute / implement national & regional marketing plans
KOLs management
Participate in national marketing plan development
Develop area marketing plans
Regional brand management
Regional market intelligence
INTERFACE:
Close collaboration and communication with CMKTMedical trainingsales
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. Execute / implement national & regional marketing plans (weighting%: 45%)
Efficacy QuantityQualityAccurate coverage of depth customers
Effective and accurate resources allocation through close collaboration and communication with CMKT
Train regional sales force
Support in promotional tool development ( DA, gimmicks, slide kits,etc) propose region specific promotional materials, if appropriate
Product specific regional sales and A&P budget
Organize regional activities (CME programs, symposia , etc.)
Attend regional sales weekly meetings
2. KOLs management (weighting%: 35%)
KOLs personalized platform build up
Providing meaningful and consistent insights to optimize KOL engagement and speaker development strategies
KOLs list maintenance and organize routine X-functional team review
KOLs coverage as speaker usage
3. Participate in national marketing plan development (weighting%: 5%)
Participate in annual long range strategic planning (3-year plan)
Participate in annual marketing tactical budget plan (1-year plan)
4. Develop area marketing plans (weighting%: 5%)
Propose regional tactical cycle plans (4 times per year)
Report local market info to central (on a monthly basis)
5. Regional brand management (weighting%: 7%)
Organize Brand Champion
Participate brand team, implement racking activities implementation; provide the required data and insight for brand plan
6. Regional market intelligence (weighting%: 3%)
JOB-HOLDER ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:
Education:
College Degree or Above
Experience & knowledge:
At least 3 years with pharmaceutical industry
At least 1 years sales force management experience
Industry/product knowledge
