As Marketing Manager within our Specialty Care business, you’ll integrate resources and cooperation across departments to achieve goals.

Main responsibilities:

• Collaborate with regulatory affairs, supply chain, market access and commercial team, plan and deliver the overall new launch for PN/BP/CSU
• Identify and select business growth opportunities, and formulate clear customer behavior goals.
• Timely and effective market insights, including healthcare environment and KOLs, continuously optimized based on data and reports.
• Develop, execute and manage customer engagement plans
• Responsible for product lifecycle planning and execution; Manage product line and brand life cycle management to bring continuous and stable growth.

About you

What you should have?

• Bachelor or Master degrees, and minimum 3-5 years MKT experience in multinational company experiences
• Proven experiences and well trained skills in project management, new product launch and post-launch upta
• Good learning agility and business acumen
• Strong customer service mindset and commitment
• Good communication skills and team work spirit, able to work /lead independently
• Proactive, energetic, self starter
• Analytical and articulate
• Resilient under pressure
• Can abide by confidentiality agreement
