This individual’s primary responsibility will be to develop integrated marketing and educational strategies and tactics to support best-in-class commercialization of the future pipeline assets within the Immunology market.

Brand Strategy
- Lead the IL33 COPD brand plan ensuring consistency across functions.
- Develop launch readiness plan with ownership of specific pre-launch deliverables and KPIs
- Brand positioning and message development
- Unbranded campaign as needed (the campaign means promotion mix including materials/key visual/etc… right?)
- Creates and leads execution of key opinion leader development program
- Advisory Board Planning and Management along with management of physician working groups
- Support the development and management of the IL33 COPD marketing budget
- Work with medical team and other internal stakeholders to maximize the iEGP for COPD in China
- Develop the Peer-to-Peer education strategy and program along with potential outcomes measurement
Builds on patient/customer insight to lead innovation
- Understanding of the COPD market, drivers, barriers, and competitive positioning
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the disease state(s), the competitive landscape and the overall market to develop high-impact and differentiating market conditioning strategies/tactics
- Independently leads team on MR projects; consistently delivers high quality output of MR.
- Collaborate with Insights & Analytics to develop and generate appropriate data
- Coordination of Competitive Intelligence (CI) and development of competitive containment/positioning strategy and plan
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams that support the brands
- Collaborate with medical to manage key thought leader influence and centers of excellence mapping strategy, research & execution
- Serve as the Marketing lead for key Respiratory Congresses (local and international: ATS, ERS)
Marketing Execution
- Fosters solution oriented stand-of-care innovation project to elevate COPD clinical practice in pilot hospital and ensures implementation
- Manage advertising agency partner and other vendors to ensure execution towards objectives.
- Comply with all forms of legal and statutory regulation within domain of responsibility, including compliance with applicable SOPs, industry codes of practice and best practices and actively support and promote a compliance culture and safe environment throughout the organization
- Customer segmentation and implementation strategies.
- Ensure appropriate training in partnership with training team.
- Partner with sales leadership to gather relevant feedback and competitive intelligence
About you
What you should have?
Education:
- Minimum bachelor degree, master’s degree is preferred
- Major in medical or related medicine science is preferred
Experience & knowledge:
- Broad experience working in China and solid understanding of the evolving Oncology ecosystem in China
- Solid experience of Marketing, Field force or Strategic planning is preferred
- Good to have Experience in engaging customers through digital and multi-channel approach with solid deliverable
- Fluent in Chinese and English
