主要职责:
领导区域管理委员会制定并执行围绕达必妥呼吸领域的区域业务发展策略,发起相应营销举措,并在目标完成、产品推广和市场准入方面实现区域目标。
在公司标准和道德规范范围内,达成达必妥呼吸领域在收入、利润及其他定性与定量方面的积极业务目标。
全面思考与规划,制定区域业务推广与营销策略,以及达必妥在呼吸领域的特定推广与竞争策略,并与公司整体战略保持一致。
管理并指导团队成员拜访当地医院、及其他相关医疗机构。传递达必妥在呼吸领域详细且准确的产品信息并有效推广。确保整个团队根据分配目标和绩效要求达成拜访目标的关键绩效指标、产品推广目标和市场准入目标。
通过协同拜访管理并指导大区经理 / 地区经理,为团队成员设定工作目标,并激励他们履行在达必妥呼吸领域推广方面的关键职责。
与呼吸领域的关键客户建立长期且富有成效的关系,高效传递公司政策和达必妥产品信息,相应地建立稳固共赢关系。
基于公司针对达必妥呼吸领域的政策和市场策略完成团队业务规划和区域管理。精准选择目标客户,合理设定区域,确保团队成员定期维护客户信息;收集市场信息,支持相关部门开展达必妥相关招投标活动。
合理分配达必妥呼吸领域的人员、区域和推广活动,通过持续跟进确保执行有效性;分析资源利用合理性和投入产出比,持续优化资源配置以实现资源最大化利用。

核心能力:
在制药行业类似岗位至少有 5 年业务推广经验,且专注于呼吸产品或生物制剂领域。
在呼吸产品推广背景下有管理相当规模业务推广团队和区域的经验。
良好业务绩效和职业道德,高度责任感。
出色的协调、沟通、人际交往能力;激励和影响他人、规划与组织、创新能力,兼具决策者和团队成员角色能力。
JOB PURPOSE:
Lead Regional Management Committee to establish and implement regional business development strategies specifically focused on Dupixent in the respiratory field. Initiate and oversee the marketing activities dedicated to Dupixent in this area and achieve the regional goals regarding target achievement, product promotion, and market access.
Lead the business promotion team to conduct professional and compliant promotion activities for Dupixent in the respiratory domain, strictly adhering to the proper codes of conduct and regulatory requirements.
Effectively communicate and collaborate with other departments such as the medical department, R&D department, and sales department to ensure a seamless and integrated approach. Positively develop staff and maintain team stability within the context of Dupixent's respiratory business.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Lead Regional Management Committee to formulate and execute regional business development strategies centered around Dupixent in the respiratory field, initiate corresponding marketing initiatives, and attain the regional objectives in terms of target accomplishment, product promotion, and market access.
Achieve regional aggressive business objectives in revenue, profit and other qualitative and quantitative targets related to Dupixent in the respiratory area within the company standards and ethics.
Think and plan comprehensively, develop regional business promotion & marketing strategies, as well as the specific promotion and competition strategies for Dupixent in the respiratory field, and align with the company’s overall strategy.
Manage and guide the team members to visit local hospitals and other relevant medical care institutions. Deliver detailed and accurate Dupixent product information in the respiratory context and promote it effectively. Ensure the whole team achieves the KPI of visiting target, the goals of product promotion and market access according to the assigned target and performance requirement.
Manage and coach RM/DM by co-visit, set job objectives for team members, and motivate them to fulfill their key accountabilities in promoting Dupixent in the respiratory area.
Establish long-term and productive relationships with key customers in the respiratory field, deliver the company's policies and Dupixent product information efficiently, build a solid and win-win relationship accordingly.
Complete team’s business planning and territory management on the basis of the company’s policies and market strategies for Dupixent in the respiratory area. Select target customer accurately, set territories reasonably, ensure team members to maintain customer information regularly; gathering market information, support related departments in the tendering and bidding activities related to Dupixent.
Allocate personnel & territory and promotion activities rationally for Dupixent in the respiratory area, ensure the effectiveness of execution by continuous follow up; analyze the rationality of resource utilization and input-output ratio, keep optimizing resource allocation to achieve the maximum utilization of resources.
Lead business promotion team to initiate the promotion activity for Dupixent in the respiratory area in a professional way and comply with the proper codes of conduct.
Guide team members to possess in-depth knowledge of Dupixent's characteristics and key information about its market promotion in the respiratory field, pass the product knowledge test in order to promote products effectively and efficiently; perform professionally and proficiently using the product knowledge in promotional activities, express Dupixent's competitive advantage in the respiratory area. Ability to apply business operation knowledge and management concepts to promotion activities and daily team management for Dupixent in the respiratory area.
Ensure team members to comply with the codes of conduct specified in Employee Handbook and meet the requirement of SOP when promoting Dupixent. Ensure no violations while perform promotion activities; use all promotional materials and deliver product information in an appropriate and honest way according to the marketing strategies; circulate company’s policies effectively.
Report adverse reaction events promptly in accordance with the company’s policies and assist relevant departments to dealing with it for Dupixent.
Effectively communicate and collaborate with other departments, develop staff positively and keep team stable in the context of Dupixent's respiratory business.
Ability to communicate with different departments actively, timely, and effectively by varieties of communication to gain the support.
Clearly understand the company's recruitment process, selection criteria and job qualifications for regional personnel at all levels, in order to keep the team stable in long term; ability to inspire team to work enthusiastic in stress or difficulty.
Ensure team’s daily work in an orderly manner, actively provide education or training for reserve talent, provide guidance on career development to talents; create a positive team culture, build the region’s core competitiveness in promoting Dupixent in the respiratory area.
JOB-HOLDER ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:
Education:
Bachelor degree or above in business promotion/marketing related field
Core competencies:
At least 5 years business promotion experience in a similar position in the pharmaceutical industry, with a specific focus on respiratory products or biologics.
Management experience with comparable size of business promotion team and territory in the context of respiratory product promotion.
Good business performance and professional ethics, high sense of responsibility.
Excellent co-ordination, communication, interpersonal skills; ability to motivate and influence people, planning & organization, innovation, act as decision-maker and team player.
