About Job
1. As Application Owner/Technical Business Analyst, work closely with operation function (P&C, Finance, R&D, Supply Chain, Commercial)
2. Discover & verify business case to improve employee experience / operational efficiency Work with internal/external dev team to implement business case, ensure product quality, support testing if needed.
3. In charge of delivering the appropriate level of support and the needed functional evolutions to the business solutions in her/his scope while optimizing the associated costs (through solutions’ harmonization and retirement, for instance)
4. Monitor & improve product usage & experience
5. Defines and implements lifecycle management roadmaps for business solutions (including elements such as operations management, functional evolutions, budget, support organization, vendor management, etc.).
