Main responsibilities
- Participate in China local BD projects to support
- Technical, capacity, financial, launch strategy etc. assessment regarding manufacture and supply
- Due diligence by request
- Defining manufacture and supply strategy after deal or acquisition.
- Collaborate with global & local functions to incorporate the acquired new products into Sanofi M&S network.
- Lead commercial launch taskforce including but not limited to China affiliate, global M&S related functions, global and local sites, supply chain, China regulatory to ensure best-in-class launch from approval to launch. The key responsibilities including but not limited to
- Prepare launch plan
- Define budget and ensure budget adherence
- Provide and maintain proactive risk management and mitigation plans
- Identify and implement acceleration opportunities
- Drive critical decision alignment within stakeholders
- Report project status to the management and timely escalate key challenges for support
- Ensure timeline adherence in execution to deliver best-in-class launch (from approval to commercial launch) of the new products
- Support launch to supply transition in lifecycle management
- Support new product sourcing preparation and ensure new product availability for the launch and future supply.
- Continue identify launch process improvement opportunities, drive alignment within stakeholders and deliver implementation to boost launch excellence
- Lead China launch guideline preparation and continue update according to launch environment and regulation updates
About you
- MS degree or above in biochemical engineering or biotech related field
- At least 3 years oversea training or working experience
- Minimum of 10 years working experience in pharmaceutical or biotech industry, minimum 5 years’ experience in biologics manufacturing, at least 3 years experience in GMP environment
- At least 3 years hands-on working experience in biologics preferrable in DS upstream/down stream process development and manufacture.
- At least 3 years project management experience
- In-depth knowledge in regulatory requirements in biologics registration and manufacturing
- Strategic thinking
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and experience working within a matrix organization
- Prioritization skills, strong focus and ability to structure and communicate complex concepts clearly and succinctly
- Leadership skills required to influence outcomes, communicate/collaborate with all levels of the organization, and facilitate development of solutions to address critical business needs
- Agility, Flexibility and ability to manage the ambiguity
- Strong interpersonal skills and customer oriented
- Fluent English
