    About the job

Key Responsibilities 

1. Strategic Planning & Execution 

   - Assist in developing the overall strategy for the Strategic Partnerships Department, ensuring alignment with company business goals and market dynamics. 

   - Provide strategic guidance to sales teams in hospital, retail, and EC channels to optimize resource allocation and enhance market competitiveness. 

   - Monitor project execution across channels to ensure timely and quality completion, achieving set sales targets and KPIs. 

2. Data Analysis & Insights

   - Focus on the pharmaceutical field, Conduct in-depth analysis of sales data across channels to identify market trends, customer needs, and potential growth opportunities. 

   - Provide data-driven decision support to management to drive business optimization and innovation. 

3. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Communication 

   - Act as a bridge between the Strategic Partnerships Department and other internal departments (e.g., Business Department, Investment Department, Bidding Department) to ensure smooth information flow and efficient collaboration. 

   - Maintain close communication with CSO leadership to report business progress, secure resource support, and drive strategy implementation. 

4. Project Management & Optimization 

   - Oversee and manage key projects within the Strategic Partnerships Department to ensure smooth progress and achievement of expected goals. 

   - Improve departmental operational efficiency and reduce costs through process optimization and innovation. 

5. Internal Control Key Stakeholder

   - Drive compliance and strengthen governance process in SP team

   - Foster knowledge sharing and experience exchange within the team to create a positive work environment. 

About You

1. Education

   - Bachelor’s degree or above, with preferred majors in medicine, pharmacy, marketing, management, or related fields. 

2. Work Experience

   - At least 8 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, including over 5 years in strategic planning, project management, or sales management. 

   - Preference for experience in cross-functional collaboration and team management. 

3. Professional Skills 

   - Proficiency in data analysis tools and methods to extract valuable insights from complex data. 

   - Familiarity with pharmaceutical market dynamics and sales channel characteristics, with preference for in-depth knowledge of hospital, retail, and EC channels. 

   - Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. 

4. Personal Qualities

   - Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills to grasp business development from a macro perspective. 

   - Strong sense of responsibility and execution ability to complete tasks efficiently under pressure. 

   - Excellent communication skills and team spirit to collaborate effectively with people from different departments and levels. 

   - Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
