About the job

Assist to develop & implement E-Commerce commercial strategy and activities to support E-commerce business growth in China, including Cross-Border and Domestic businesses. This includes driving digital sales E-commerce, develop strategic initiatives for growth and managing strategic partner relationships for long term success.
The primary responsibility of this role will be to focus on JD platform business.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
•    Support to manage B2C channels for Sanofi CHC brands in China.
•    Execute the commercial plan/JBP to growth in core customers.
•    Manage daily operation & pricing ecosystem via distributor.
•    Close manage the offtake and inventory of distributor and JD platform.

•    Develop regular activity plans and complete them independently, while reviewing activity results and learning.
JOB-HOLDER ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:

•    We are looking for someone with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•    Solid experience of online key account management, experience on JD platform account management will be preferred.
•    Outgoing and open-minded.

•    Results-driven and desiring for personal growth and achievement.
•    Familiar with the e-commerce industry.
•    At least a bachelor's degree.

• We are looking for someone with excellent communication and a logical person.

• Candidates with background in foreign brands and experience in customer management are preferred

• Priority will be given to those familiar with JD platform or B2C business model.

• Focus on daily operations and have a flexible mind.

• Have a daily habit of regularly looking at category data insights

• Bachelor degree or above, self-discipline is preferred.
