This position requires a comprehensive and in - depth understanding of the consumer attributes of vaccines. It will focus on enhancing public awareness of relevant disease areas through effective educational programs and resources. It provides insights and guidance in all aspects of the overall brand strategy in the field of consumer interaction, from the core needs in each stage of awareness, acquisition, and retention. It formulates and implements consumer interaction strategies, including creating consumer promotion and marketing activities across different channels, and ensures the consistency of key strategies for all products in the field of consumer interaction. At the same time, it coordinates cross - departmental resources, leads innovation in marketing consumer activities, including digital marketing, etc., to contribute to the sustainable development of the company's overall business.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

1. Lead the team to gain an in - depth understanding of the consumer attributes of vaccine products, covering the core needs throughout the entire process from awareness, acquisition to retention. Formulate consumer - centered multi - channel interaction strategies and action plans, contribute to the overall brand strategy, and enhance the awareness of relevant disease and all products in the consumer market.

  • Conduct in-depth research to accurately understand consumer needs, formulate and implement consumer - centered multi - channel interaction strategies and plans (including both online and offline), and enhance the brand awareness and preference of all the company's products in the consumer field., contributing to the overall brand strategy for all products;

  • Lead the team to design and implement public health education programs focusing on relevant diseases, aiming to increase public awareness and knowledge about disease prevention.

  • Collaborate closely with relevant teams within the company, such as brand teams, business promotion, communication and media, medical teams, etc. Provide guidance in the field of consumer interaction to maintain the consistency of brand strategies and maximize the effectiveness of resource investment.

2. Lead the team to design and implement consumer marketing programs, conduct real - time evaluations, and continuously optimize them according to consumer preferences to enhance their effectiveness.

  • Design effective consumer interaction programs and collaborate with cross - functional departments for implementation. Define project goals, set key performance indicators, evaluate the progress, channels, and effectiveness of existing projects. Take charge of project budget management and measure the return on investment.

  • Identify and develop KOLs for consumer education and maintain a close relationship.

  • Provide internal training and communication for the business promotion team to help them achieve consistency in understanding strategies and activities.

  • Ensure the compliance and integrity as base for all consumer engagement activities.

3. Integrate brand resources, identify business pain points, and lead the team in innovation. This includes deepening the digital model of consumer interaction to support the dissemination of public health information and continuous development of the business.

  • Comprehend the company's strategic goal of sustainable business growth, continuously explore leverage points in the field of consumer interaction, and develop replicable new marketing models.

  • Innovate thinking and make constant efforts seeking new channels interesting to the consumers, and be bold to promote changes and achieve the consumer-oriented strategies and programs in case of any possible conflict between previous processes and the new channels and technological applications

  • Continuously learn and stay informed about the latest technologies, trends, tools, and applications in consumer interaction to ensure the accuracy and efficient delivery of information, helping consumers enhance awareness and of relevant disease areas.

JOB-HOLDER ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or above) in marketing, communication, advertising or related fields of expertise

Experience & knowledge:

  • At least ten years of work experience in consumer interaction

  • Be familiar with current laws, regulations and policies on pharmaceutical products and bio products; Familiar with online marketing channel knowledge

  • A solid body of work experience and practical knowledge in market research, product marketing and market promotion activities among others

Core competencies:

  • Sufficient ability to communicate, negotiate and make public speeches, good at fulfilling persuasive oral or written communications, and able to conduct data analysis

  • Be keen and enthusiastic in learning, with self-motivating, problem-analyzing and –solving ability and creating thinking as well as a result-oriented attitude

  • Excellent coordination and team management ability
