JOB PURPOSE:
The position is accountable for development and implementation of integrated marketing plan in support of Beyfortus based on central marketing’s brand plan, secure all departments’ objectives are in line with brand strategy and managing spending within defined budget limits.
Meanwhile,accountable for the development of national brand plan through input detailed market analysis and solid customer insights. Implement activities initiated by central marketing team and coordinate Zone activities executed by sales team.
1. Accountable for development and implementation of integrated marketing plan in support of Beyfortus based on central marketing’s brand plan, secure all departments’ objectives are in line with brand strategy and managing spending within defined budget limits.
2. To fulfil the implementation and execution of company promotion strategy at Zone level.
负责向专线团队负责人和整个团队传递公司的产品推广策略和相关要求。
3. Have profound understanding on the market, can also provide related strategy
对市场有深刻了解,并可对相关策略制定提供有价值的建议。
4. Provide supports to central marketing team and area management on brand plan development, significant strategy changes, long-term development plans and new product development opportunities and other key issues such as pricing, changes in the products positioning or promotional campaigns.
Bachelor degree or above in sales/marketing/Medical or related field销售,市场,医学或相关领域学士学位以上
Experience & knowledge:
At least three years working experience in product management or area marketing management至少三年以上的区域市场或产品管理工作经验
Able to travel frequently domestically based on business request in the requirement.能够根据本岗位业务需求经常出差
Familiar with all infectious diseases, all kinds of vaccines and China market situation for these products熟悉所有传染性疾病、所有种类的疫苗和这些产品在该区域的市场形势
Familiar with existing medical and biological products regulations and policies熟悉现行的医学和生物学制品法规和政策
Have a solid working knowledge of market research, product sales and sales promotion activities对市场调研,产品销售和营销推广活动有扎实的应用经验
Able to analyse data, to evaluate promotional/tactical activities and to prepare marketing plans能够分析数据,以评价推广/策略活动和制定市场计划
Core competencies:
Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills, able to deliver reports, to make public presentations and to deal with opinion leaders, the sales force and Management Team;良好的沟通技巧和人际交往能力,能够完成报告,做公开演讲,与KOL、销售团队和管理团队有效沟通;
