JOB PURPOSE:

• Drive marketing activities and build sufficient recognition of the importance of RSV prevention in all infants to achieve brand objective.

推动市场推广活动,建立对RSV预防必要性的充分认知,从而实现品牌目标。

JOB ACTIVITIES:

• Contribute to brand plan development as a core member of the franchise team

作为产品组团队核心成员贡献于品牌计划制定

• Design and execute marketing campaigns in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders

与内外部相关方合作共同完成市场活动策划和执行

• Identify business opportunity and address customer needs together with the business promotion team

与推广团队共同挖掘生意机会、回应客户需求

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

1. Manage and execute marketing activities

管理和执行市场推广活动

• Identify opportunities and potential platforms for HCP engagement

发掘融动关键客户的机会和平台

• Lead project design with clear definition of project objective, deliverable, approach, budget, timeline, etc.

领导项目设计,制定清晰的项目目标、交付物、执行方式、预算、时间表等

• Set up collaboration with external stakeholders, complete contracting and internal application process, and manage project execution and ensure high quality of work

建立外部合作,完成签约和申请流程,管理项目执行确保项目成果质量

• Develop contingency plans necessary to meet changes in the environment

制定应对环境变化所需的应急计划

2. Coordinate cross functional stakeholder engagement at central and regional levels

协调跨部门在国家和地区层面融动利益相关方的工作

• Coordinate the collaborative stakeholder engagement with clear plan, roles of each functions, and progress tracking

协调关键客户覆盖的合作,明确工作计划、跨部门分工,并管理进度

• Communicate with global brand team and seek necessary support

与全球品牌组沟通获得必要支持

• Lead marketing campaign rollout with regional KA, HA, marketing, MSL teams

领导市场活动的展开,与区域KA、HA、市场、医学团队合作

3. Build unbranded and branded assets

制作非品牌和品牌的推广素材

• Create marketing assets for external engagement and internal training

创作市场推广素材,支持外部推广和内部培训

• Leverage global assets where applicable and make necessary adaptation to meet local needs

在适合范围内参考全球品牌素材,并做必要本土化调整满足本土需求

4. Synthesize learnings dynamically and develop successful cases into applicable solutions at scale.

提炼市场动态变化下的实践经验,并将成功案例发展成为可复制的解决方案助力业务

• Closely follow market dynamics and customer feedbacks

密切关注市场动态变化和客户反馈

• Identify outstanding examples and organize sharing to foster best practice exchange

挖掘突出案例并组织团队交流分享经验

• Develop solution at scale for the broader team and upgrade marketing assets/activities

开发可广泛应用的解决方案,升级市场物料和活动

JOB-HOLDER ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:

Education:

  • Bachelor degree and above, majored in marketing, medical, pharmaceutical and biology related areas. MBA is preferred

Experience & capabilities:

  • Minimum 5 years of pharmaceutical marketing experience, new product launch experience preferred

  • Highly experienced in media collaboration

  • Strong project management capabilities

  • Transversal leadership

  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills

  • Fluent in both English and Mandarin
