Job Description

This position will report to the Biomarker & Precision Medicine team in Translational Medicine Unit (TMU-China) at Sanofi R&D. The intern will support bioinformatics analysis for Sanofi Global and Local translational projects at clinical and preclinical stages and have the opportunity to learn drug development processes for global projects.

90% FTE for Bioinformatics Analysis:

·       Support translational studies through data processing, analysis, and visualization from clinical and preclinical studies

·       Participate in external collaboration projects with local research centers

10% FTE for Project Support:

·       Learn project processes, assist in documentation, and contribute to translational research workflows

Job Requirements:

1.   Currently pursuing a PhD or Master's degree in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, or related fields with solid experience in bioinformatics tools and programming languages (R, Python preferred);

2.   Strong interest in R&D work in the pharmaceutical industry;

3.   Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex biological data;

4.   Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
