JOB PURPOSE:

Responsible for incentive scheme design, communication and implementation, incentive scheme training, incentive result calculation and analysis.

  • Supportive role for incentive scheme design

  • Incentive scheme communication and training

  • Calculate incentive result quarterly based on the incentive scheme, and provide the quarterly incentive bonus analysis report

  • Cooperate with FFE and BU Teams to handle with incentive related question

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Field force Incentive Compensation

  • Overall design, communicate, calculate and analyze field force incentive plan

    • Proactive communication and alignment within BU stakeholders and internal FFE BPs on incentive plan

    • Calculating incentive on quarterly basis and handling field force appealing on incentive results

    • Developing adjustment plans when business environment changes

    • Communicating with different field force team and supporting function teams on incentive plan

Analysis and Insight Generation

  • Provide regular incentive analysis report for BUs and commercial teams

  • Support deep diving on incentive payout, identify relative reasons behind and propose potential changes

  • Provide data support to other ad-hoc assignment and analysis based on specific business requirement

JOB-HOLDER ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:

Education:

  • Minimum bachelor degree

  • Advanced degree (such as Master, PhD, or MBA) is preferred

Experience & knowledge:

  • At least 3 years experience in FFE field, most preferably in MNC pharmaceutical companies or incentive team

  • Basic knowledge in FFE incentive design, calculation & analytics and business understanding in the environment and operation of field team in the China pharmaceutical industry

  • Strong capability in Excel Modeling and PowerPoint Presentation

  • Interpersonal skill - Demonstrates willingness and capability to cooperate with colleagues in Field Team, Marketing, and other relevant departments

  • Show integrity, tenacity, resilience and adaptability in complex situations and an often-changing environment; is able to handle pressure and commit to and respect deadlines

  • Good command of written English, communication verbal English
