Job Purpose:
This leadership role will direct strategic business planning and portfolio management initiatives in Dupi, RD and Oncology franchises in Specialty Care China. The position will lead cross-franchise strategic planning and manage internal process to ensure operational efficiency. This role will be responsible for key projects planning and implementation and fostering communications with cross functions and global teams. As a key member of the SC China leadership team, this role will provide strategic counsel to the BUGM on long-term portfolio strategy, resource optimization, executions and business innovations.

Main responsibilities:
Develop comprehensive strategic plans across Dupi, RD and Onco franchises in Specialty Care China. Serve as a strategic advisor to the General Manager on portfolio optimization and business innovation opportunities.
Take 2nd line management responsibility. Lead a team of professional across franchises to ensure strategy alignment and consistent operational approach. Maximize synergies and optimize resource allocations.
Establish performance metrics and track the execution and effectiveness of strategic initiatives.
Understand market needs with insights, explore industry practices, and think out of box, identify an appropriate solution. Then guide high level decisions affecting current business practice and developing innovative business model
Facilitate cross-functional collaborations and engage global stakeholders to maximize impact of strategic initiatives.
Ensure all corporate standards of excellence and compliance are upheld across all initiatives
About you
You have 15+ years of experience in strategic planning, business development, or commercial leadership in the pharmaceutical industry
You have demonstrated success in leading strategic initiatives and driving business model innovation
You have strong people management experience with a track record of developing high-performing teams
You have experience working across multiple therapeutic areas and product portfolios
You have excellent strategic thinking capabilities with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans
You have strong financial acumen with experience managing significant budgets and investment decisions
You have exceptional communication and influencing skills with the ability to engage at executive levels
You have experience in change management and organizational transformation
You are innovative and forward-thinking with the ability to anticipate market trends
You have an advanced degree in business, healthcare management, or related field (MBA preferred)
You speak fluently in Chinese and English
