Field force Operation Management

·       Lead following FFE tasks from process & data support perspective including

o    Target hospital management

o    Target customer management

o    Territory alignment

o    Target setting

·       Provide consistent methodologies, templates, tools and analytical support to BU in the field force operation cycles, and drive efficiency, productivity and discipline

·       Communicate with BU field force leaders, marketing team and other CE counter part to handle keep the smooth running of FFE related process

Analysis and Insight Generation

·       Perform data processing and analysis with given tasks, able to understand business dynamics and generate insights from data

·       Leverage best practices across BUs and industrial benchmark to synergize analytical frame and work

·       Provide both routine and ad-hoc analysis for BU and management, able to automize some routine reports

Daily Operation and Data management

·       Supervise FFE projects (such as customer segmentation, FFE sizing, territory optimization and new product introduction)

·       Manage BU daily operation support, including

·       HC management and FTE planning

·       Field force low performer report

·       Provide data support to BUs per request from BU Management team
