Strategic Leadership:

  • Develop sales goals and strategies for the assigned zone/region

  • Design and organize resources to achieve strategic sales objectives

  • Oversee the implementation of commercial plans and promotional activities

Team Management:

  • Lead and develop the sales team within the assigned zone

  • Delegate responsibilities and monitor individual/team performance

  • Provide regular constructive feedback and develop staff capabilities

  • Create and maintain shared team values aligned with company values

Financial Responsibilities:

  • Manage budgets and financial activities for the zone

  • Monitor sales performance metrics and implement process improvements

  • Ensure proper financial stewardship of resources

Decision-Making:

  • Make decisions within the limits of the role's authority

  • Validate strategic choices for the zone's commercial activities

  • Approve escalated cases or exceptions as needed

Compliance:

  • Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, policies, and procedures

  • Oversee proper implementation of Good Promotional Practices

  • Ensure sales team completes required training on pharmacovigilance, product information, commercial terms, and compliance elements

Communication:

  • Share relevant information with the team

  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders

  • Report on zone performance to senior leadership
