Monitor sales performance metrics and implement process improvements
Ensure proper financial stewardship of resources

Make decisions within the limits of the role's authority

Approve escalated cases or exceptions as needed
Compliance:
Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, policies, and procedures
Oversee proper implementation of Good Promotional Practices
Ensure sales team completes required training on pharmacovigilance, product information, commercial terms, and compliance elements
