KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Product and portfolio
Develop strategies for the products, set objectives and propose budget
Long Range Plan (LRP) (10 years)
Marketing Plan (annual)
Supply and channel management
Implement, monitor and control the pre-lanuching and marketing plan to modify / adapt the marketing mix of activities to achieve launching excelence and sales objectives
KOL management
Set up product training for sales force
Responsibility of A&P
Management / co-ordination
Implement marketing plans and take actions accordingly
Make sure to get internal and external endorsement for the product
Manage the budget within agreed limits
Work closely with medical,patient solutions, market access, marketing research, sales, regulatory affairs, manufacturing and external agencies in the development of products strategies and implementation
Make sure the sales force get correct, sufficient and updated knowledge about the product and external environment
Collaborate with local marketing and sales colleagues
Market Intelligence
Maintain competitive and health care environment knowledge
Keep close contact with Key Opinion Leaders (KOL) and update relevant information
Planning and implementation of marketing strategy for the respective products
JOB-HOLDER ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree or above
Major in medical or related medicine science
Experience & knowledge:
At least 3-5 years experience in the pharmaceutical industry
Experience in multinational company is preferred
Project management and event planning/execution skill
Core competencies:
Good level of English language (spoken/written)
Great communication skill
Self-starter, proactive and independent attitude
Analytical, logical thinking
Team work spirit
