The AI Product Owner bridges business stakeholders and digital solutions, orchestrating the delivery of value through AI-powered solutions. This strategic role requires balancing business priorities with technical feasibility while maintaining a clear product vision. The ideal candidate possesses strong business acumen, exceptional stakeholder management skills, the motivation and ability to translate complex business needs into actionable product backlogs that drive measurable commercial outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and communicate a compelling product vision, roadmap, and strategy for AI solutions aligned with business objectives
• Drive data/AI initiatives from conception through implementation alongside data scientists, engineers, and business experts
• Analyze business data to identify patterns and opportunities, presenting actionable insights to diverse audiences
• Facilitate requirements gathering sessions and ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions
• Develop and monitor KPIs to measure solution effectiveness and quantify business impact

About You

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus
• 3+ years of experience in business analysis, consulting or similar roles, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
• Deep understanding of business processes and ability to identify AI-driven improvement opportunities
• Advanced data interpretation skills to identify meaningful patterns and insights
• Self-directed problem-solver with excellent stakeholder management capabilities
• Technical proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools
• Experience with AI/LLM/chatbot implementations (preferred)
• Outstanding teamwork abilities and communication skills in both English and Mandarin
• Project/product management experience (preferred)
