JOB PURPOSE:

  • To develop and track the implementation of Sanofi Vaccines China's Vaccines Immunization Excellence Strategy.

  • To coordinate cross-team resources within the company to maximize the value of the company’s brand and policy advocacy for health prevention and vaccine immunization.

  • Design and implement innovative projects, establish strategic cooperation with CDC, and build vaccine industry ecosystem

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

1. Strategy development and carry-out

  • Understand changes in public health and the business needs.

  • Work with brand team to develop brand strategies for policy advocacy.

  • Per BU/brand strategy to formulate VIE team’s policy advocacy strategy to provide guidance to team on provincial level policy advocacy, ecosystem establish.

  • Set effective operation tools to track the implementation and evaluate the business impact.

 

2. Stakeholder engagement

  • Adapt the stakeholder engagement toolkit for VIE to extend the stakeholder engagement

  • Proactively engage with cross-functional team, esp. PA/Med/RA/Marketing/HA, to design/identify the right platform to team to enhance the partnership with provincial key stakeholders.

  • Track and evaluate the status of stakeholder engagement (perception, insights, needs, behaviour, huddles…)

 

3. Immunization / prevention model development

  • Support local team to develop tailor-made immunization / prevention model based on solid vaccine related law/policy understanding, and stakeholder insights

  • Develop possible solutions to support local team to be success in the policy advocacy and negotiation

  • Identify potential opportunities to optimize the vaccine / immunization ecosystem to benefit to business

4. Establish good cooperation with cross-departments

  • participate in cross-department medium and long-term strategic planning and related project discussions

  • Provide insights / proposal from VIE perspective

JOB-HOLDER ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:

Education:

  • Bachelor degree or above

Experience & knowledge:

  • At least 5-8 years related experience required

  • Cross-functional communication/central marketing experience strongly preferred

  • Experience with operation and project management required

Core competencies:

  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced team environment and deliver good performance

  • Proficient using various marketing tools, systems, processes and analytics tools

  • Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills

  • Good knowledge of computer software

  • Fluent in both English and Mandarin
