Developing, owning, and maintaining the Site Digital Roadmap by:

  • Working in collaboration with Digital, Global Functions, and Business Owners, to define a prioritized portfolio digital project to deliver business continuity, modernization and performance, including Core models, Smart Factory solutions and local applications.

  • Define and manage the associated digital budget (Capex/Opex), and lead all the connected global processes and systems (e.g., SP/budget, business case preparation/approval, Shine, etc.)    

通过以下方式制定、主管和维护工厂数字化路线图:

  • 与数字化、全球功能部门和业务负责人合作,确定优先的数字化项目产品组合,以提供业务连续性、现代化和绩效,包括核心模型、智能工厂解决方案和本地应用程序。

  • 定义和管理相关的数字化预算(Capex/Opex),并领导所有相关的流程和系统(例如 SP/预算、业务案例准备/批准、Shine 等)

Lead the deployment of Smart Factory (incl. GenAI) solutions by

  • Defining execution approach and masterplan in alignment with key stakeholders

  • Ensuring funding (e.g., Capex/Opex) and line up project team ensuring capacity and capabilities (e.g., Project Mgr, KU’s, SME’s, etc.)

  • Monitoring execution, planning adherence, escalation through appropriate governance

  • Implementing E2E the selected Smart Factory solutions through defined gates with team coordination, budget and planning management​

  • Performing diagnostic & analysis of current performance, partnering with Business and OpEx team to ensure adoption and value capture.

  • Driving locally the technical implementation in partnership with Product Owner, and Digital

  • Delivering relevant business case analysis for digital solution implementation

  • Ensuring in place, in use with formal handover to operations     

  • Providing technical support and troubleshooting when required

  • Managing change management and communication plan

领导 Smart Factory 解决方案的部署(包括 GenAI):

  • 为数字化方案的实施提供相关业务案例分析

  • 通过正式交接,确保部署执行以及使用

  • 在需要时提供技术支持和故障排除

  • 变革管理和计划沟通

Developing Digital capabilities & performance culture.

  • Modernize OpEx capabilities by developing strong digital (e.g., Data Analytics, AI, Connectivity) profiles.

  • Drive Digital training in alignment with the learning administrator.

  • Develop strong relationships with the global Digital community and the Global Functions (e.g., Quality, Engineering, etc) for best practices sharing.

  • Drive appropriate communication at all levels to promote digitalization transformation.

发展数字能力和绩效文化:  

  • 通过发展强大的数字化能力(例如数据分析、AI、连接),实现 OpEx 能力的现代化。

  • 与培训管理员协调,推动数字化能力培训。

  • 与全球数字化社区和全球职能部门(如质量、工程等)建立牢固的关系,以分享最佳实践。

  • 在各级推动适当的沟通,以促进数字化转型。

Data analysis:

  • Responsible for data analysis, visualization, and insights in link with the digital transformation, Core process roll-out 

  • Pull, explore, clean and integrate data coming from multi-sources (data platform, core systems, business)

  • Participates to the digital transformation journey providing complex analysis and visualization to interpret patterns and correlations relevant for business.

  • Create and report KPI with strong communication skills in an understandable way for stakeholders.

  • Own data analysis approach across site, creating a Speak with data culture, standardizing data reporting and analysis.

  • Support operations for simple/complex analysis in relation with performance roadmap.

  • Facilitate the development of advanced analytics capabilities at site level.

数据分析:

  • 负责数据分析、可视化和洞察,与数字化转型、核心流程推广相关联 

  • 提取、探索、清理和集成来自多源(数据平台、核心系统、业务)的数据

  • 提供复杂的分析和可视化,以解释与业务相关的模式和相关性。

  • 以对利益相关者来说可以理解的方式创建和报告具有强大沟通技能的 KPI。

  • 在各研究中心采用自己的数据分析方法,创建“用数据说话”的文化,实现数据报告和分析的标准化。

  • 支持与绩效路线图相关的简单/复杂分析操作。

  • 促进在工厂层面开发高级分析能力。
