About the role:

Key responsibilities:

• Full supervision capability and responsibility in development of protocol designs, clinical plans, and statistical analysis plans in collaboration with project teams​

• Ensure the accuracy of the analysis results interpretation and consistency between deliverables for the same compound and/or within same therapeutic area​

• Provide the effective support for global projects​

• Lead an interdisciplinary working group and mentor non-statistical peers

Key skills:

• Extensive ability to apply advanced technique or conduct original research to solve statistical problems​

• Scientific and clinical knowledge relevant to disease area related to products in the ongoing projects​

• Knowledge of regulatory requirements in China​

• Highly effective oral and written communication skills

Key qualifications:

• MS or PhD degree in Statistics or relevant fields​

• 5+ years of solid pharmaceutical or related industry experience with clinical trials​

• Experience of project/with people management and development preferred
