• Leads the development and delivery of customer marketing for new product launch, including pre-launch plan development and execution.
• Marketing research - provides guidance to design using primary and secondary data, and competitive intelligence under direction of senior leader/MR expert.
• Insight generation - identifies insights/hypotheses for particular customer groups across broad range of healthcare solutions/disease areas.
• Develops comprehensive set of sales forecast scenarios and sensitivity analysis across portfolio.
• Develops business cases for resource allocation.
• Derives insights and threats to brand from competitive intelligence.
• Prepares product messages and customer solutions that address the needs of specific customer segments and decision makers.
• Provides analysis to support Business Review
• Leads the development of fullscale communication plans across the product life cycle.
• Leads the development and launch of new campaigns, e.g. research, customer synthesis, concept and material development, professional, DTP (direct to patient) and/or DTC (direct to consumer), that
appropriately target selected customer groups including payers.
• Solicits and aligns information from all line functions to maximize commercial value.
