Our Team:

People Services Generalist  (External Workforce) will play a key role in supporting the External Workforce Management process.

This role focuses on ensuring smooth onboarding, changes, and offboarding for external workers, while maintaining data quality, ensuring compliance, and supporting process improvements. The position will report to the People Services Manager in Chengdu and collaborate with various internal teams including Customer Service, Legal, Procurement, and local People Services teams.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the onboarding and offboarding process for external workers.

  • Manage and maintain accurate External Workforce data in internal systems (e.g., CREW, Snow, Parade).

  • Support contract administration and ensure asset recovery at offboarding.

  • Address operational issues and escalate when needed.

  • Monitor data quality and prepare reports as required.

  • Ensure compliance with Sanofi policies and data privacy regulations.

  • Generate process documentation (DTP) and knowledge sharing.

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and automation efforts.

  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (DTPs) in processes, while identifying and driving opportunities for efficiency or automation

  • Handling L2 Queries (tickets) from employees regarding ELC topics in a timely and quality manner.

About You

Experience:

  • 1–2 years of experience in HR operations or People Services, preferably in a shared services or multinational environment.

  • Exposure to External Workforce Management processes is a plus.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Team-oriented, with a proactive and customer-focused mindset.

  • Problem-solving attitude and attention to detail.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in HR tools (e.g., Workday, One Support, Crew) and data management.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

Languages:

  • Proficiency in English (advanced level).

  • Local language proficiency (if required).
