Job Overview
The People Services Specialist (International Permanent Transfer) will support cross-border employee movements, ensuring a smooth and compliant process for international assignments.
This role works closely with People & Culture teams, external vendors, and assignees to manage international mobility services such as tax, relocation, immigration, and payroll coordination.
Main Responsibilities:
Review assignment data and clarify details with Host and Home country HR partners.
Initiate services related to tax, immigration, relocation, international healthcare, and corporate security.
Act as point of contact for assignees during their assignment, supporting with allowances, compensation, and flex benefits.
Provide payroll instructions and coordinate with payroll teams as needed.
Support the end-of-assignment process including documentation, relocation, and reintegration.
Update One Support with assignment progress and details.
Participate in global initiatives related to International Mobility and process improvement.
Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (DTPs) in processes, while identifying and driving opportunities for efficiency or automation
Handling L2 Queries (tickets) from employees regarding IPT/Migration topics in a timely and quality manner.
About You
Experience:
2–3 years of experience in international mobility or HR operations roles.
Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable managing employee relationships across cultures.
Analytical mindset with ability to work with databases and reports.
Knowledge of compliance and ethical standards in global HR operations.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
Languages:
Proficiency in English (advanced level).
Proficiency in local language (if required).
