Strategic Business Partnership: Act as a trusted advisor & Partner to the Manufacturing & Supply Chain leadership, shaping strategic decisions on investments, capacity, and operational transformation aligned with both M&S and Commercial strategy across all plants in China
Performance Management: Lead the financial planning cycle (budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning) to ensure alignment with corporate goals and operational realities for all China Plants
Cost Leadership & Efficiency: Identify and implement cost optimization initiatives across the manufacturing and logistics network without compromising quality or agility.
Capital Allocation & Investment Analysis: Drive financial evaluation of capital projects, make-or-buy strategies, and network expansion to ensure optimal resource deployment.
Working Capital Optimization: Lead initiatives to improve inventory management and cash flow efficiency across the supply chain.
Operational Finance Excellence: Oversee product costing, variance analysis, and standard cost setting to ensure transparency and control.
Team Leadership: Build, inspire, and develop a high-performing finance team across multiple sites, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Governance & Compliance: Ensure adherence to internal controls, SOX compliance, and local regulatory requirements.
Global Alignment: Collaborate with global finance counterparts to implement corporate initiatives and harmonize financial practices.
