Serve as the financial architect and strategic advisor for Manufacturing and Supply Chain operations across Greater China (Beijing, Hangzhou, Shenzhen). This role is pivotal in driving operational excellence, cost leadership, and long-term value creation by aligning financial strategy with industrial transformation and business growth objectives.

About Job

• Strategic Business Partnership: Act as a trusted advisor & Partner to the Manufacturing & Supply Chain leadership, shaping strategic decisions on investments, capacity, and operational transformation aligned with both M&S and Commercial strategy across all plants in China

Performance Management: Lead the financial planning cycle (budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning) to ensure alignment with corporate goals and operational realities for all China Plants

• Cost Leadership & Efficiency: Identify and implement cost optimization initiatives across the manufacturing and logistics network without compromising quality or agility.

• Capital Allocation & Investment Analysis: Drive financial evaluation of capital projects, make-or-buy strategies, and network expansion to ensure optimal resource deployment.

• Working Capital Optimization: Lead initiatives to improve inventory management and cash flow efficiency across the supply chain.

• Operational Finance Excellence: Oversee product costing, variance analysis, and standard cost setting to ensure transparency and control.

• Team Leadership: Build, inspire, and develop a high-performing finance team across multiple sites, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

• Governance & Compliance: Ensure adherence to internal controls, SOX compliance, and local regulatory requirements.

• Global Alignment: Collaborate with global finance counterparts to implement corporate initiatives and harmonize financial practices.
