Job Overview
Our Team:
The People Services Manager will manage the full employee lifecycle for ensuring the seamless execution of processes like On boarding, IPT, EWF and offboarding. You will lead a team of analysts and collaborate with multiple internal and external stakeholders to provide top-tier People Services.
Main Responsibilities:
Manage employee lifecycle activities in Workday and coordinate with stakeholders for smooth onboarding, transfers, and offboarding processes.
Ensure compliance with Sanofi policies and data privacy regulations.
Oversee the quality of data and proactively address potential issues.
Monitor operational KPIs and identify improvement areas.
Provide support for employee lifecycle processes.
Identify opportunities to streamline processes and eliminate redundancies.
Participate in global projects and process automation initiatives.
Ensure effective adoption of new processes and technologies.
Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (DTPs) in processes, while identifying and driving opportunities for efficiency or automation
Handling L2 Queries (tickets) from employees regarding ELC topics in a timely and quality manner.
About You
Experience:
Proven experience in HR, with at least 5 years of experience in managing HR operations and teams.
Experience leading HR transformation projects is a plus.
Skills:
Strong understanding of end-to-end HR processes.
Familiarity with GDPR and data privacy regulations.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Technical Skills:
Experience with HR tools such as Workday
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Education:
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Languages:
Proficiency in English (advanced level).
Local language proficiency (if required).
