1. Execute / implement national & regional marketing plans (weighting%: 45%)                         

  • 1) Efficacy QuantityQualityAccurate coverage of depth customers
  • 2)Effective and accurate resources allocation through close collaboration and communication with CMKT
  •    3) Train regional sales force                                                                                                                     
  •    4) Support in promotional tool development ( DA, gimmicks, slide kits,etc)  propose region specific promotional materials,if appropriate                                                                                                                 
  •    5) Product specific regional sales and A&P budget                                                                            
  •    6) Organize regioanl activities  (CME programs, symposia , etc.)                                                 
  •    7) Attend regional sales weekly meetings

2. KOLs management   (weighting%: 35%)                      

  •    1) KOLs personalized platform build up                                                                                                                    
  •    2)Providing meaningful and consistent insights to optimize KOL engagement and speaker development strategies                                                                        
  •    3)KOLs list maintenance and organize routine X-functional team review                                                                            
  •    4)KOLs coverage as speaker usage                                                
  •    5) Advocacy of DUPI as first-line choice in any omni-channel of sanofi

3. Participate in national marketing plan development  (weighting%: 5%)                                                    

  •    1) Participate in annual long range strategic planning ( 3-year plan)                            
  •    2) Participate in annual marketing tactical budget plan ( 1-year plan) 

                       

4. Develop area marketing plans  (weighting%: 5%)                                                                           

  •    1) Propose regional tactical cycleplans ( 4 times per year)                                                               
  •    2) Report local market info to central ( on a monthly basis)

5. Regional brand management  (weighting%: 7%)                                                                             

  •    1) Organize Brand Champion                                                                                                                    
  •    2) Paticipate brand team, Implement racking activities implementation; provide the required data and insight for brand plan                                                                                                              

                                                                                                                            

6. Regional market intelligence  (weighting%: 3%)

JOB-HOLDER ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:

Education:

College Degree or Above

Experience & knowledge:

  • At least 3 years with pharmaceutical industry
  • At least 1 years sales force management experience
  • Industry/product knowledge
