Key Responsibilities

1. Participate in national marketing plan development   

  • Participate in annual long range strategic planning (3-year plan)

  • Participate in annual marketing tactical budget plan (1-year plan) 

2. Develop area marketing plans                                                                           

  • Propose regional tactical cycle plans (4 times per year)  

  • Report local market info to central (on a monthly basis)

3. Execute / implement national & regional marketing plans                          

  • Train regional sales force    

  • Support in promotional tool development (DA, gimmicks, slide kits,etc)  propose region specific promotional materials,if appropriate 

  • Product specific regional sales and A&P budget   

  • Organize regional activities (CME programs, symposia , etc.) 

  • Attend regional sales weekly meetings

4. Regional brand management                                                                             

  • Organize Brand Champion     

  • Regional KOL management   

  • Participate brand team     

5. Regional market intelligence

What you should have?

  • College Degree or Above

  • At least 3 years with pharmaceutical industry

  • At least 1 year sales force management experience

  • Industry/product knowledge
