Key Responsibilities
1. Participate in national marketing plan development
Participate in annual long range strategic planning (3-year plan)
Participate in annual marketing tactical budget plan (1-year plan)
2. Develop area marketing plans
Propose regional tactical cycle plans (4 times per year)
Report local market info to central (on a monthly basis)
3. Execute / implement national & regional marketing plans
Train regional sales force
Support in promotional tool development (DA, gimmicks, slide kits,etc) propose region specific promotional materials,if appropriate
Product specific regional sales and A&P budget
Organize regional activities (CME programs, symposia , etc.)
Attend regional sales weekly meetings
4. Regional brand management
Organize Brand Champion
Regional KOL management
Participate brand team
5. Regional market intelligence
