As PMO within our Type I Diabetes business, you’ll coordinate and oversee strategic initiatives, with particular focus on product launches, governance, and business operations support. Main responsibilities:

·         Drive Launch Governance

ü   Establish and maintain launch governance frameworks, ensuring compliance with corporate policies and regulatory requirements

ü   Develop and implement project management methodologies to support product launches

ü   Create and maintain documentation for launch readiness reviews and milestone tracking

ü   Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on launch objectives and timelines

·         Lead launch activities

ü   Lead regular launch team meetings and ensure effective communication across departments

ü   Track key launch metrics and provide regular status updates to leadership

ü   Identify and mitigate risks that may impact successful product launches

ü   Develop and maintain comprehensive launch plans with clear deliverables and accountabilities

·     Drive Franchise Management

ü   Provide analytical support for business planning and resource allocation

ü   Develop and maintain dashboards to track franchise performance metrics

ü   Support budget planning and financial tracking for franchise initiatives

ü   Facilitate process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency

·        About you

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree in business, healthcare, or related field preferred

• 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in pharmaceutical/healthcare industry

• Experience with product launches and cross-functional team leadership

• Strong understanding of diabetes care market and treatment landscape preferred

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

• PMP certification preferred
