Go To Market Capability (GTMC) organization aims for:

  • Centralization of Go-to-Market excellence and operational tasks across GBUs

  • Harmonizing best-in-class capabilities with strengthened global support while verticalization of reporting within GTMC from local to global,

  • Defining clear ways of working and bringing clarity on interfaces with GBUs, Digital, and executional support on commercial operations form Sanofi hubs to optimize process excellence and efficiency.

Sanofi Greater China is facing a high pace of changes aiming at making the organization across GBUs more agile and impactful organization, adapting the constantly and proactively the resources to the environmental changes.

As part of GTMC, the vision of the GTMC Hub I&A pillar is the definition of Sanofi-wide best-in-class processes and strategies for the enablement of impactful business decisions by bringing actionable, data driven insights and analyses that benefit our stakeholders and patients. This includes developing effective and efficient processes, leveraging standardization and best practices across markets and brands, and collaborating closely with business partners.

As a leadership team member of Insights & Analytics organization, Hub I&A Lead will be accountable to

  • Lead and motivate a team to collaborate with Central I&A team including Data management, Forecasting & Analytics, Market research, and Business Partners

  • Also, collaborate with Hub digital team and Global hub team to deliver demand management process.

  • Cultivate a strong talent base and identify longer-term development needs for Data Operation and analytics.

He/she will identify & address key challenges and bottlenecks, & co-build approaches to bring value. She/he will ensure close alignment with GTMC Cluster pillar leads.

Main responsibilities:

 

  • Lead GTMC hub Insight & Analytics team 

  • Definition and implementation of data operation and analytics requirement.

  • Standardization demand process and maximum efficiency.

  • Leading the way of closely collaboration with hub digital team from data generation, nonstandard HCP DCR management, user support, data cleaning, appealing, and archive;

  • Dashboard standardization, UAT and timeline checking, Releasing and training

  • Build efficient WoW between Hub I&A team and Central I&A.

  • Collaborate with Global hub team to cascade down Global priorities and processes.

  • Direct and maintain the commercial data warehouse and master data management operation.

  • Defining clear ways of working and bringing clarity on interfaces with GBUs, Digital, and executional support on commercial operations form Sanofi hubs to optimize process excellence and efficiency.

About you

 

Basic qualifications:

  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent is required.

  • A minimum of 8 years of professional business experience is required, with a focus in Insights & Analytics type roles.

  • Ability to leverage networks, to develop people, coach and give feedback, empower people.

  • Ability to lead change while achieving business goals and objectives, act for change, challenging continuously the status quo.

  • Strong cross functional partnering skills and ability to lead by influence and drive in matrix driven project teams/organizations.

  • High persistency and resilience.

Knowledge:

  • Experience with analytical and data management tools.

  • project management, excellent English language knowledge and skills (written and oral), IT knowledge and skills, proven communication, presentation, persuasion, skills ability to work cross-functionally.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Business: Numerate and with good analytical skills; Ability to prioritize; Over achievement against set objectives; Ability to work on their own initiative and make quality decisions; Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate, present, persuade and argument among internal teams and partners.
