Go To Market Capability (GTMC) organization aims for:

• Centralization of Go-to-Market excellence and operational tasks across GBUs
• Harmonizing best-in-class capabilities with strengthened global support while verticalization of reporting within GTMC from local to global,
• Defining clear ways of working and bringing clarity on interfaces with GBUs, Digital, and executional support on commercial operations form Sanofi hubs to optimize process excellence and efficiency.

Sanofi Greater China is facing a high pace of changes aiming at making the organization across GBUs more agile and impactful organization, adapting the constantly and proactively the resources to the environmental changes.

The Business Analyst (Platforms Operation) is responsible for managing and supporting multiple digital platforms that enable Sanofi's field force operations. This role requires technical expertise in CRM systems, data management, and business process optimization to ensure seamless platform operations and provide excellent support to field teams

Main responsibilities:

Platforms Operation: (OneCRM/NBP/OneSales /OneMDM)

OneCRM Management:

• Oversee customer selection windows management and ensure timely updates
• Analyze user issues reported through hotline, coordinate follow-up actions, and drive resolution
• Configure and maintain materials within the system to support field activities
• Validate GPS and PV (Pharmacovigilance) data to ensure compliance and accuracy

NBP (New Business Planning) Administration

• Manage territory and target data uploads to the system
• Provide support for online territory adjustments as needed
• Ensure data integrity throughout the territory management process

OneSales System Support

• Update and maintain listing/safety operation listing pools
• Manage listing status adjustments based on business requirements
• Configure forecast proxy permissions to ensure appropriate access levels

OneMDM Support

• Conduct position additions, closures, and modifications based on demand
• Ensure data consistency across platforms

Change Management Support

• Support implementation of change requests across platforms
• Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new features and enhancement

Sample Program Support

• Inspection and archiving of information related to sample request
• Generate reports on sample plan utilization

About you

Education:

• Minimum bachelor degree;

Experience & knowledge:

• At least 3 years’ experience in FFE field, most preferably in MNC pharmaceutical companies
• Good communication skill in both cross-function interaction and message cascade-down
• Strong capability in Excel Modelling and PowerPoint Presentation
• Proficiency in CRM systems, particularly Salesforce or similar platforms

Core competencies:

• Deep analytical frame with advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, formulas, and data modelling  and logic thinking
• Strong analytical skills to drive comprehensive analysis and provide business recommendations
• Ability to work under pressure to deliver high-quality analysis and operational work accurately and on-time
• Customer service orientation to support field force needs
• High level of integrity and be transparent
