Go To Market Capability (GTMC) organization aims for:
Centralization of Go-to-Market excellence and operational tasks across GBUs
Harmonizing best-in-class capabilities with strengthened global support while verticalization of reporting within GTMC from local to global
Defining clear ways of working and bringing clarity on interfaces with GBUs, Digital, and executional support on commercial operations form Sanofi hubs to optimize process excellence and efficiency.
Sanofi Greater China is facing a high pace of changes aiming at making the organization across GBUs more agile and impactful organization, adapting the constantly and proactively the resources to the environmental changes.
This role primarily leads the field business analyst team to support the FFE operational framework and drive execution excellence, ensuring all activities are conducted efficiently and in accordance with company policies and procedures. The role is also responsible for identifying and implementing process improvements to optimize hub performance. Furthermore, it acts as a subject - matter expert in field force effectiveness, providing consulting services to foster field force efficiency and effectiveness
Main responsibilities:
Lead the FFE Field Business Analyst Team: Provide coaching and direction to team members. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the team.
Supports FFE operational framework and drive excellence in execution: Oversee the day-to-day operations, ensuring all activities are conducted efficiently and in accordance with company policies and procedures. Identify and implement process improvements to optimize hub performance. Acts as Subject-matter expert in field force effectiveness, to provide consulting service to foster field force efficiency and effectiveness. Challenge and provide recommendations for sales operations support processes and ensure alignment within the organization priorities encouraging continuous improvement. Examples of processes considered but not exhaustive are:
Territory & Target management support: Target and territory setting template consolidation, conduct preliminary validation on data quality to identify and address inconsistencies, support territory optimization initiatives through data analysis and insights
Business Analysis & Insights Support: Provides support for analyzing business data and deriving valuable insights, such as internal & external performance reports generation, PST execution and preliminary validation, customer engagement reports generation and highlight areas for improvement
Other Business operation support: Furnishes support for the smooth running of day - to - day business operations, such as incentive and appealing, business health check, President Award assessment support, etc.
Maintain constant communication and collaboration with local and global support functions: Ensure sustainable collaborative working relationship with support functions as other GTMC areas, Digital, Finance, Ethics and Business Integrity, People Business Partner, fostering effective external relationship and influencing strategic direction as needed.
About you
Education:
Minimum bachelor degree
Advanced degree (such as Master, PhD, or MBA) is preferred
Experience & knowledge:
At least 5 years’ experience in FFE field, most preferably in MNC pharmaceutical companies
Field force support background: robust knowledge with tools and platforms of Customer Facing Capabilities, good experience with SFE subjects, target, segmentation, profiling and training.
Strategic analysis and planning, project management, IT knowledge and skills, proven impactful communication, presentation, persuasion, skills ability to work cross-functionally.
Experience in having deployed transformational GTM solutions and new customer facing tools implementation.
Ability to leverage networks, to develop people, coach and give feedback, empower people.
Ability to lead change while achieving business goals and objectives, act for change, challenging continuously the status quo.
High persistency and resilience.
Excellent English language knowledge and skills (written and oral)
