Go To Market Capability (GTMC) organization aims for:
Centralization of Go-to-Market excellence and operational tasks across GBUs
Harmonizing best-in-class capabilities with strengthened global support while verticalization of reporting within GTMC from local to global,
Defining clear ways of working and bringing clarity on interfaces with GBUs, Digital, and executional support on commercial operations form Sanofi hubs to optimize process excellence and efficiency.
Sanofi Greater China is facing a high pace of changes aiming at making the organization across GBUs more agile and impactful organization, adapting the constantly and proactively the resources to the environmental changes.
The Field Force Excellence Hub Business Analyst plays a critical role in supporting data-driven decision making, performance tracking, and operational excellence within the field force organization. This position works closely with the FFE ZD BP to provide analytical insights and operational support
Main responsibilities:
1. Territory & Target Management
Standardize territory and target setting templates across regions to ensure consistency and alignment
Consolidate territory and target data from multiple sources into unified template
Conduct preliminary validation on data quality to identify and address inconsistencies
Support territory optimization initiatives through data analysis and insights
2. Business Analysis & Insights Support
Generate routine internal & external performance reports with focus on automation to improve efficiency
Track PST execution and progress including:
Tracking the progress and quality of questionnaire completion, and consolidating data
Consolidate data and monitor HCO potential coverage
Assess field force workload distribution
Generate customer engagement reports to measure effectiveness of field activities and highlight areas for improvement
Provide ad-hoc analysis support to address business questions and challenges
3. Business Operations Support
Incentive & appealing collection and preliminary validation
Support business health monitoring through:
Sales forecast operation support
Forecast accuracy tracking and reporting
Target setting behavior analysis and reporting
Other data support and consolidation per BP’s requirements
About you
Education:
Minimum bachelor degree
Experience & knowledge:
At least 3 years’ experience in FFE field, most preferably in MNC pharmaceutical companies
Good communication skill in both cross-function interaction and message cascade-down
Strong capability in Excel Modelling and PowerPoint Presentation
Ability to solve difficult and changing situations and influence business leaders
Core competencies:
Deep analytical frame with advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, formulas, and data modelling and logic thinking
Strong analytical skills to drive comprehensive analysis and provide business recommendations
Ability to work under pressure to deliver high-quality analysis and operational work accurately and on-time
High level of integrity and be transparent
