We are seeking a dynamic and creative ​​Consumer Experience Manager​​ to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of omni-channel consumer events and activations. In this role, you will be responsible for developing an annual engagement calendar, driving experiential marketing initiatives, and ensuring seamless campaign execution across digital and physical touchpoints. Your work will play a key role in enhancing brand loyalty, driving consumer interaction, and delivering memorable brand experiences.

​​Key Responsibilities:​​

1.   ​​Omni-Channel Consumer Event Planning & Activation​​

·      Lead end-to-end planning and execution of consumer-facing events (e.g., pop-ups, product launches, experiential activations, virtual/in-person engagements).

·      Collaborate with agencies, vendors, and internal teams (Marketing, Sales, Digital) to ensure flawless event delivery.

·      Develop immersive brand experiences that align with consumer insights and business objectives.

2.   ​​Annual Consumer Engagement Calendar​​

·      Create and manage a strategic, integrated calendar of consumer events, promotions, and campaigns.

·      Ensure alignment with product launches, seasonal trends, and marketing priorities.

·      Optimize timing and resource allocation for maximum impact and ROI.

3.   ​​Campaign Tracking & Performance Analysis​​

·      Establish KPIs and measurement frameworks to evaluate event and campaign success.

·      Monitor real-time performance, gather consumer feedback, and provide actionable insights.

·      Generate post-event reports with learnings and recommendations for continuous improvement.

4.   ​​Cross-Functional Collaboration​​

·      Partner with Brand, Digital, Retail, and PR teams to amplify event reach and engagement.

·      Work closely with CRM and Data Analytics teams to personalize experiences and measure long-term impact.
