Job Summary:​​

We are seeking a strategic and insights-driven ​​Consumer Insights & Strategy Development Manager​​ to lead the exploration of consumer behavior, develop compelling brand concepts, and craft data-backed strategies that drive product and messaging innovation. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand’s positioning by uncovering deep consumer insights, translating them into actionable strategies, and ensuring alignment across product development and communication.

​​Key Responsibilities:​​

1.   ​​Consumer Insight & Research Development​​

·      Lead qualitative and quantitative research initiatives to uncover consumer needs, behaviors, and market trends.

·      Analyze data to identify key consumer pain points, motivations, and opportunities for brand growth.

·      Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product, Sales) to integrate insights into business decisions.

2.   ​​Concept Development​​

·      Translate consumer insights into innovative brand and product concepts that resonate with target audiences.

·      Develop and test creative concepts, ensuring alignment with brand vision and market demand.

·      Work closely with design and innovation teams to refine concepts for market readiness.

3.   ​​Consumer Strategy Development​​

·      Define and refine consumer segmentation, targeting, and positioning strategies.

·      Craft long-term and short-term consumer engagement strategies to enhance brand loyalty and market penetration.

·      Monitor competitive landscape and industry trends to inform strategic adjustments.

4.   ​​Product & Brand Message House Development​​

·      Develop a clear and compelling brand messaging framework that differentiates our products in the market.

·      Ensure consistency in brand storytelling across all consumer touch points.

·      Collaborate with creative and content teams to execute messaging that aligns with consumer insights.
