Deliver all payroll and related activities efficiently, flexibly, accurately and on-time
- Maintain payroll information by collecting and entering data from personnel and WD system, and other offline way
- Validate all the supporting documents collected from different data sources and ensure it comply with company policy and approve matrix
- Complete monthly data validation form before payroll cut off with speed and accuracy
- Transit data validation form to local form required by Payroll BPO partner
- Prepare ad-hoc reports as required by compiling summaries of earning, taxes, deduction, accrual balances, etc.
- Report monthly payroll IIT information in tax bureau system for certain Sanofi China legal entities before deadline
- Timely inform HRBP if any money needs to take back from termination employee
- Issue notification letter to relocation cases based on approved comp offer letter provide by HRBP
- Brief the car subsidy policy to entitled employees, issue notification letter, monthly collect the invoices to verify the authenticity and execute in payroll cycle.
- Summarize and set up master data for budget usage purpose, not limit to bravo, retention, allowance, etc
- Execute the above in compliance with Sanofi policies and guidelines and complete all activities per the Global Core Model and operational KPIs
- Apply up-to-date knowledge and awareness of local legislation
- Develop expert level knowledge of the activities in scope as well as local knowledge of entities in scope
- Resolve payroll questions and issues by collecting and analysing information and works with appropriate channel to solve.

About You
Experience: 3-4 years of experience in payroll operations roles.
Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with ability to work with databases and reports.
- Knowledge of compliance and ethical standards in HR operations.

- Proficiency in English (advanced level).
