Product portfolio

l  Develop and execute holistic plan to achieve 3 new hematology portfolio products launch excellence in China

l  Develop strategies for the products, set objectives and propose budget

l  Create mid to long term portfolio strategy to maximize value of products with long range plan (LRP) (5-10 years)

l  Develop demand forecast and work closely with supply, RA, sales, finance and importer to ensure the goods supply, avoid shortage or write-off

l  Marketing Plan and operation plan (Annual)

l  Monitor and control the marketing plan to modify /adapt the marketing mix of activities to achieve business objectives

l  Unlocks innovative new business models/services across the experience journey to deliver value and business growth

l  Build and maintain good relationship with key opinion leaders

l  Leverage omni-channel to engage customers with 3R (right customer, right content, right channel)

l  Work closely with PAMAT, medical and sales on access

l  Close glocal cooperation

 

Management / co-ordination

l  Design, develop, execute and optimize programs

l  Control implementation of marketing plans and trigger continuous adaptation of plans to changing environmental needs

l  Final control of the HCP project budget within agreed limits

l  Ensure optimal flow of information, key messages and content materials to salesforce

l  Leverage cooperation with Regional Marketing

l  Set up and deepen inter-department cooperation and communication to develop products strategies and implementation

REQUIREMENTS:

l  Bachelor’s degree or above

l  At least 5 years experience in the pharmaceutical industry

l  Experience in multinational company is preferred

l  New launch experience is preferred

l  Good level of English language (spoken/written)

l  Great communication skill

l  Self-starter, proactive and independent attitude

l  Leadership and team work spirit
