JOB PURPOSE:
This position is mainly structured in the BU access team, responsible for the establishment and maintenance of the access customer management system, the establishment and maintenance of the regional promotion team access training and empowerment system, and the design and implementation of some central access projects.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
· Establishment and maintenance of the access customer management system
Identify the key access customers that the BU access team needs to manage
Build the BU access team access customer management system and help the regional RAM team implement it
Collaborate with the regional RAM team to continuously track and follow up the management of key access customers;
· Establishment and maintenance of the regional promotion team access training and empowerment system
Communicate closely with the company's training department to jointly build a regional promotion team access training and empowerment system
Collaborate with the regional RAM team to implement the training and empowerment system in the region
Collaborate with the regional RAM team and the regional promotion team to maintain close communication, understand the access training and empowerment needs, and collaborate with the company's training department to develop courses
· Design and implementation of central access projects
Based on the needs of access customers, assist the central access strategy manager to design and implement central access projects
Continuously track and analyze central access projects to ensure project quality and effectiveness
JOB-HOLDER ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:
Education:
Bachelor degree or above
Major in Medicine or pharmaceuticals preferred
Experience & knowledge:
At least 8 years hospital promotion experience in healthcare industry
Experience in key account management or foreign pharmaceutical companies in similar capacity is preferred
Solid professional relationship with key stakeholder is a plus
Experience in conference and activity organization
