Job Overview

Our Team:
The PLC People Services Senior Generalist will be responsible for the control, monitoring, and correct execution of the People Services core models, ensuring a One Sanofi, best-in-class service for our employees. The PLC PS Senior Generalist will ensure that the procedures listed below and related to PLC area are executed within the due legal framework and Sanofi's corporate policies, ensuring that processes are perform and deliver under an adequate environment of control and segregation of duties, minimizing the risks associated.

 Main Responsibilities:

  • On/Off boarding: Updating policies when necessary, communicating them, ensuring compliance, and applying mandatory internal controls.

  • On/Off boarding: To execute onboarding and offboarding processes with a strong focus on delivering a positive and seamless employee experience—both at the time of joining and upon departure from the company—while ensuring full compliance with applicable local labor laws and regulatory requirements.

  • This role should validate termination reason based on the results from insightful P&C conversation.

  • Organizing the Day 1 session, delivering the New Hire Induction to all joiners on monthly basis.

  • Various Employee Requests: Certifications, affiliations, etc.

  • Personnel File archive: Ensuring the proper maintenance of personnel data files not only in organization but also in the quality of information, in both digital and physical formats (when need). Monthly audit of the file.

  • Provide supporting documentation for audit authorities.

  • Employee Support and Advice: Core PS topics through One Support platform as Tier 2

  • Coordination with All Involved Areas: Timely and assertive delivery of information requests from Governmental or External Entities.

  • Compliance with Service Level Agreements: With different internal stakeholders.

  • Information and data Security Protocols: Due backup personal data, use of the Company's encryption tools for information management, permanent update of the area's SharePoint.

  • Reporting Derived from the Core PS core Model.

  • Compliance, Follow-up, and Quarterly Documentation: Of the Company's mandatory global internal controls.

  • Data Management: Support employee data management, analysis and audit needs for people and culture (P&C), as well as the business from multiple sources.

  • Support testing of new functionality: implementations of Workday and Provide support for EIB (i.e., mass uploads).

  • Job changes according to core model and Company’s golden rules

  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (DTPs) in processes, while identifying and driving opportunities for efficiency or automation

  • Handling L2 Queries (tickets) from employees regarding ELC topics in a timely and quality manner.

 

About You

Experience:

  • 3+ years in People Services or HR, managing payroll, On Off Boarding, Employee Life Cycle, and compliance processes.

Soft Skills:

  • Leadership, teamwork, problem-solving, adaptability, effective and assertive communication, customer service oriented.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in HR tools (e.g., Workday, One Support) and data management.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

Languages:

  • Proficiency in English (advanced level).

  • Local language proficiency
