Main responsibilities:
Early Detection Strategy Development:
Develop China’s strategy by leveraging an in-depth understanding of the local market environment, policies, and key decision-makers, aligned with global strategic directions
Develop and optimize early detection business model of T1D
Design market research in China to help the team gain better market insights and establish an effectiveness tracking system
Early Detection Implementation:
Execute early detection programs and screening initiatives according to established strategies
Manage daily operations of screening and testing programs in target locations
Monitor and report KPIs, collecting field feedback for continuous improvement
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth program execution
T1D Ecosystem Operations:
Implement T1D stage 2 clinics diagnosis and treatment protocols in assigned hospitals
Maintain relationships with healthcare providers and patient organizations
Support the operational aspects of T1D ecosystem development
Program Management:
Coordinate pilot projects implementation and data collection
Manage vendor relationships and program logistics
Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures and guidelines
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in healthcare, life sciences, or related field
5+ years of experience in healthcare strategy development and program implementation or patient engagement
Experience in project coordination and stakeholder management
Understanding of healthcare systems and patient pathways
