Responsibilities:

Brand and Portfolio Strategy

  • Build effective brand/portfolio strategy with deep understanding on clinical consideration and practices.
  • Identifies opportunities, develops & implements services around brands that maximize overall value for stakeholders.
  • Shapes the external environment to maximize brand potential through influence on all customers, segments, and stakeholders.
  • Identifies and ensures robust market access strategies with innovation solutions.
  • Develop effective supply strategies with global team

Builds on patient/customer insight to lead innovation.

  • Generate insights and implications from market, to meeting patient and customer needs and outcomes.
  • Develops a deep understanding of the TA and translates this into business plans.
  • Fosters solution-oriented innovation in own team and ensures implementation.
  • Prepares product messages and customer solutions that address the needs of specific customer segments and decision makers.

Launch Excellence

·         Leading launch excellence for Plozasiran, incl. definition of the critical success factors, pre- and post- launch KPIs to ensure timely and successful preparation and execution of the launch plan

·        Leading the development of comprehensive business cases for the brand

·         Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure deep understanding of launch plan, brand strategy and best industry practices through leadership

·         Mapping and tracking core activities across all functional teams (Medical/Commercial/Public affairs/Market access)

·         Developing risk mitigation plans and ensuring appropriate risk management to address issues that may impact the launch timeline or deliverables

·         Developing internal launch communication plan

Marketing Execution

·         Engagement of key opinion leaders from research to launch to be the advocate.

·         Leads development and delivery of key campaign materials from insights to review, production and implementation to stakeholders.

·         Leads development and delivery of materials to support Market Access/Managed Markets

·         Leads brand finance and budgeting practices (P & L) and appropriate management of resources.

·         Drives consistent execution of product strategy throughout Marketing, Sales, Market Access, Medical using appropriate key performance indicators.

JOB-HOLDER ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:

Education:                         

·       Minimum Bachelor’s degree, MBA is preferred

·       Medical or pharmacy education background will be an advantage.

Experience & knowledge:    

  • About 10 years working experience in pharma industry.
  • Successful launch experience and/or solid marketing experience
  • Brand management experience in Cardiometabolic therapeutic area and chronic disease area will be valued.
  • Proven performance in driving growth and market impact in China healthcare ecosystem.
  • Proven track record to interpret market trends/insights into effective brand strategy design & landing
  • People management experience preferred.
