The Digital Adoption Manager is a servant leader and coach for a Pod (Agile Product Team). (S)He helps educate the Pod in Scrum and, where relevant, Agile at scale practices, ensuring that the agreed Agile process is being followed. (S)He also bridges business units, GTMC, and digital teams to drive cross-functional transformation initiatives, user adoption, and digital enablement. To serve as a servant leader and coach with strong PMO capabilities, guiding the team in Scrum practices while driving digital transformation and user adoption across business units.
Main responsibilities:
Act as a transformation agent, bridging business units, GTMC, and digital teams to ensure successful implementation of digital initiatives w/ effective change management & user adoption
Implement governance frameworks w/ clear R&R defined to enable effective collaboration across digital internal (across different digital functions) and external (e.g. Business, GTMC, cooperate functions, etc.) stakeholders.
Digital PODs performance tracking and measurement
Facilitate all scrum ceremonies throughout each sprint, including daily standups, sprint planning, demos, retrospectives, and backlog refinements.
Foster a servant leadership mindset, facilitating conflict resolution, continuous improvement, and transparency.
Drive stakeholder mapping and management across digital, GTMC, and business
Lead discussions on Epic and Initiative discovery, priorities, requirements, dependencies, and inter-team cooperation.
Collaborate with Digital adoption and Agile lead and peers to implement Build-In Quality practices and drive large-scale program rollouts.
Ensure external vendors align with internal processes and define best practices for program delivery, including deployment, change management, and compliance.
About you
6+ years of advanced hands-on agile experience; Scrum Master certification is essential.
Strong PMO background with proven track record in driving transformation initiatives, particularly in driving digital adoption w/ cross-functional collaboration.
Experience working in or with a Transformation Office, with demonstrated ability to govern cross-functional initiatives.
Strong project management skills with data-driven planning and execution in FMCG and/or pharma industries.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proven track record of leading large-scale programs in MNC settings, including cross-functional collaboration and program lifecycle management.
Experience in developing governance frameworks that bridge business, corporate functions, and digital teams.
Advanced degree in relevant subjects and fluency in written and spoken English and Mandarin Chinese.
