JOB PURPOSE:

The role is responsible for conducting thorough reviews of documents related to speaker fees and Travel & Entertainment (T&E) expenses for Sanofi China. The primary purpose is to ensure compliance, accuracy, and transparency in financial transactions and speaker engagements, supporting the company's commitment to ethical business practices.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

1. Lead and manage a team of approximately 10 team members under the strategic direction of the E&BI Monitoring & Investigation team to:

- Execute daily compliance project operations with precision

- Ensure timely identification and escalation of potential violations

- Foster a culture of compliance excellence

2. Develop and implement comprehensive performance metrics (KPIs) for the review team to:

- Drive continuous capability enhancement

- Optimize review processes

- Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality results

3. Maintain strategic alignment through regular consultations with E&BI

- Monitoring & Investigation team on:

- Review strategy refinement

- Sampling methodology optimization

- Monitoring findings analysis

- Outcome reporting and action planning

4. Ensure systematic documentation of findings and conclusions using standardized tools and methodologies, maintaining consistency and traceability across all reviews.

5. Oversee multiple compliance project operations and administrative functions in accordance with Sanofi's internal procedures and systems, ensuring operational excellence.

6. Exercise vigilant oversight on high-risk activities with a Trust, Risk, and Transparency (TRT) mindset to:

- Proactively identify emerging compliance risks

- Collaborate effectively with the broader E&BI team

- Develop and execute pragmatic risk mitigation strategies

- Drive continuous improvement in compliance processes

JOB-HOLDER ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:

1. Minimum 6 years post qualification experience within large healthcare corporate environment or consulting firm focusing on risk advisory / forensic area, experience in big 4 or forensic firm is preferred.

2. Strong industry knowledge in compliance and risk management.

3. Fluent Mandarin and written English mandatory.

4. Project experiences in compliance monitoring, data analysis and forensic investigations in healthcare industry is preferred.

5. Ability to communicate / liaise with all levels of the organization. Good teamwork capabilities.
