JOB PURPOSE:
The role is responsible for conducting thorough reviews of documents related to speaker fees and Travel & Entertainment (T&E) expenses for Sanofi China. The primary purpose is to ensure compliance, accuracy, and transparency in financial transactions and speaker engagements, supporting the company's commitment to ethical business practices.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. Design and execute comprehensive monitoring procedures, ensuring effective implementation of compliance monitoring projects and operations.
2. Develop and deliver high-quality analytical reports on monitoring findings, providing clear insights and recommendations to the E&BI Monitoring & Investigation team.
3. Maintain regular strategic alignment with E&BI Monitoring & Investigation team through:
- Review strategy optimization
- Refinement of sampling methodologies
- Analysis of monitoring trends
- Presentation of outcome assessments
4. Ensure systematic documentation of findings and conclusions using standardized tools and methodologies, maintaining consistency and traceability.
5. Drive multiple compliance project operations while managing administrative responsibilities in accordance with Sanofi's internal procedures and systems.
6. Conduct proactive risk trend analysis within assigned areas, translating insights into actionable learnings and implementing preventive solutions.
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Minimum 4 years post qualification experience within large healthcare corporate environment or consulting firm focusing on risk advisory / forensic area, experience in big 4 or forensic firm is preferred.
2. Strong industry knowledge in compliance and risk management.
3. Fluent Mandarin and written English mandatory.
4. Project experiences in compliance monitoring, data analysis and forensic investigations in healthcare industry is preferred.
5. Ability to communicate / liaise with all levels of the organization. Good team work capabilities.
