JOB PURPOSE:

The role is responsible for conducting thorough reviews of documents related to speaker fees and Travel & Entertainment (T&E) expenses for Sanofi China. The primary purpose is to ensure compliance, accuracy, and transparency in financial transactions and speaker engagements, supporting the company's commitment to ethical business practices.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

1.    Execute and implement relevant monitoring procedures and support on compliance monitoring project operations. Key work scope may include:

•      Transactional review and documentation

•      Enhanced review for suspicious cases

2.    Document findings and conclusions in line with the prescribed tools and methods.

3.    Responsible for support multiple compliance project operations and administrative tasks in line with Sanofi internal procedures and systems.

4.    Identify risk trends in the responsible areas and translate into learning's and solutions.

JOB-HOLDER ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:

Education:

•      Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.

Experience & Technical skills:

•      Approximately 2 years of experience in compliance, auditing, or related fields.

•      Project experiences in compliance monitoring, data analysis and forensic investigations in healthcare industry is preferred.

•      Ability to communicate / liaise with all levels of the organization.

•      Good team work capabilities.
